Updates from the Bucyrus City Schools Director of Student Services
Hi, I’m Mark Burke. I’m originally from a small town in southern Ohio called Buford, home of the Bulldogs. I grew up on a farm; working with my family to maintain several fields of corn, soy beans, wheat, and clover. We also raised cattle and hogs on our farm.. I was a member of 4-H and FFA my entire youth; which I really enjoyed.
I am a huge fan of Cincinnati sport teams: Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and UC Bearcats (please don’t hold that against me!). I prefer ice cream over cake. If given a choice, I would golf everyday.
